Momentum Systems Named 2003 Open Text Vertical Partner of the Year

November 2003–During the kick-off dinner for its LiveLinkUP Conference in Orlando, the Open Text Corporation honored Momentum Systems with its Vertical Partner of the Year Award. An Open Text “vertical partner” provides Livelink-based services to certain industries (i.e., government, financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing) around which Open Text has organized their sales and marketing. The award is given to a partner organization which demonstrates the highest degree of commitment, expertise, teamwork, and support for Open Text’s marketing initiatives and products.

EEOC CTS Project Makes InfoWorld 100 Awards List

Momentum Systems’ project work for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) involving paper document conversion to electronic format made the 2003 InfoWorld 100 Awards’ list. The InfoWorld 100 honors IT initiatives which make use of innovative technology in order to further an organization’s goals.

Momentum Systems Wins USACE Project for Processing In-Grant (Leasing) Requests

The US Army Corps of Engineers Real Estate chose Momentum Systems to provide a web-based interface for Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM) personnel to enter Real Estate In-Grant (Leasing) Requests. The system will facilitate processing requests from initiation to completion using workflows and Livelink for document control. For the project, Momentum Systems will provide analysis, design, and build services, test the application at a regional processing center, implement production, and provide initial system support.

Momentum helps the Air Force, Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), modernize its existing case and record management infrastructure

Implementing Open Text Livelink and Livelink Records Management Server, learn how Momentum is partnering with AFOSI to neutralize criminal and terrorist threats to Air Force and Department of Defense. Consulting tasks include installing, upgrading, enhancing, modifying, and integrating Livelink products to meet specific AFOSI mission needs as well as training AFOSI personnel on the effective use of Livelink within their organization.

Momentum provides Livelink consulting to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) of the Department of Defense.

Momentum assists the JPEO-CBD in developing Livelink standards including CONOPS (Concepts of Operations) and document management methodology for object security, storage, and access. To improve Livelink navigation and document access, Momentum will also provide SiteMapper, a Livelink add-on module that provides quick navigation views anywhere in the system.
